Designed for expecting parents and parents of babies under 4 months, this workshop helps you understand newborn sleep and gently guide your baby into healthy routines from the very beginning.
Hosted by Kelly, who has 25+ years of experience in childcare as a maternity nurse, emergency medical technician, first aid instructor and sleep consultant, the workshop covers:
• Baby sleep in the early weeks
• Understanding sleep cues and associations
• Day and night routines
• Feeding and sleep foundations
• Avoiding unsustainable sleep habits
• Sleep aids and sleeping environments

Perfect for parents of babies aged 4–12 months who want guidance on shaping routines around naps, milk feeds and introducing solids.
With over two decades of childcare experience and a Diploma in Child Nutrition, Kelly shares practical guidance used with the families she supports privately.
Topics include:
• Naps and age-appropriate sleep needs
• Milk feeds and introducing solids
• Sleep aids and sleeping environments
• Creating balanced daily routines
• Transitioning your baby into creche
